PLEASE READ β IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
By entering any Reggaeton Rave, LLC venue or event, you agree to the following:
π¨ Assumption of Risk
Event participation involve inherent risks β including falls, collisions, and potential injury. These risks may result in serious harm or even death. By entering, you voluntarily accept all risks.
π Waiver of Liability
You release and hold harmless Reggaeton Rave, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries, including those caused by negligence. This applies to you and anyone attending under your ticket or reservation.
πΆ Waiver for Minors
If you're bringing a minor, you confirm you're their legal guardian and agree to waive all claims on their behalf.
π₯ Third-Party Beneficiaries
Anyone attending under your reservation or ticket is considered a third-party beneficiary and bound by these terms.
π Medical Consent
You authorize staff to provide medical attention or emergency services if necessary during your visit.
π‘οΈ Indemnification & Insurance
You agree to indemnify Reggaeton Rave, LLC against any claims tied to your attendance or actions. You are responsible for your own insurance.
ποΈ Entry, Revocation & Refund Policy
Admission is revocable at any time. Tickets include non-refundable service charges.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Event cancellations without a rescheduled date will result in an automatic full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Your purchase of a ticket implies agreement with this policy. Please verify event details before buying tickets.
π ID Policy
A valid, physical government-issued ID is required for entry (per NYS law).
πΈ Photo & Video Release
You grant permission for Reggaeton Rave, LLC to photograph or film you during your visit for promotional use. Notify staff if you do not wish to be recorded.
π« Prohibited Items
You may not bring the following:
Weapons or illegal substances
Alcohol or outside food/drink
Skateboards, scooters, large bags
Fireworks, laser pointers, or noisemakers
Commercial A/V equipment
Animals (except service animals)
Gum
Venue reserves final discretion on all items.
π Rules & Conduct
Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. No abusive, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior is allowed. Violators may be removed without refund.
π¬ Code of Conduct
No discrimination or violence of any kind
No eating, gum, or drinking on the dancefloor
No dancing while intoxicated
Consent is required for all personal interactions; βonly an enthusiastic yes means yesβ
Breaking any rule may lead to removal at staff discretion.
π’ Promo Use of Tickets
Tickets may not be used for contests, promotions, or commercial purposes without written consent from Reggaeton Rave, LLC.
β οΈ Photosensitive Warning
Events may include strobe and flashing lights. Those with photosensitive conditions should consult staff before entry.
π· COVID-19 Notice
COVID-19 is highly contagious. By entering, you assume all risks related to exposure and agree to comply with all safety protocols.
βοΈ Governing Law
These terms are governed by New York State law.
𧩠Severability
If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
π§ββοΈ Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class actions. Arbitration will follow AAA rules and be governed by federal law and NY State law.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
Released Parties include:
Reggaeton Rave, LLC, its affiliates, staff, contractors, volunteers, successors, and insurers.
